Why Store Indoor

CAMPER STORAGE FACTS

  • The UV rays from the sun cause paint, graphics, vinyl seats and trim pieces to deteriorate.
  • UV rays also break-down fiberglass laminates over time.
  • The interior of RVs can reach temperatures in excess of 140°F when stored outside.
  • Snow that piles up will add heavy loads to the roof of the camper.
  • Left unprotected, snow, sleet, and rain will find any leak and infiltrate the RV leading to deterioration.
  • Snow and rain will collapse a tarp or other covering leaving all of the water inside your boat for you to deal with come spring.
  • Dirt and debris build-up on the roof of campers that are left outside.  This leads to clogged gutters, water back-up, and the much dreaded black streaks.
